My answer to this question is :by ear.

I think, it is important for children to read by ear. As for this one, you shouldthink about how to change language into your own thing, how to grasp language. It may be clear.

It is improper to learn how to read without a lot of listening practice. If thechildren is poor in listening practice, it will make a great difference inchildren learning ability, reading ability, thinking ability and concentration.

It is really important to read stories to children on your own. Instead of lettingthe children to read on their own, the grown-up should read the stories tochildren.

With the experience of learn the language by ears, the children canlearn how to read and realize the fun on their own

The following suggestions have been beneficial to many parents:

1.Provide a good role model — read yourself and read often to your child.

2.Provide varied reading material — some for reading enjoyment and some with information about hobbies and interests.

3.Encourage activities that require reading — for example, cooking (reading a recipe), constructing a kite (reading directions), or identifying an interesting bird's nest or a shell collected at the beach (using a reference book).

4.Establish a reading time, even if it is only ten minutes a day.

5.Write notes to your school-age child; encourage written responses.

6.Ask your child to bring a library book home to read to a younger sibling.

7.Establish one evening a week for reading (instead of television viewing).

8.Encourage your child in all reading efforts.
